At Gaming PC Financing, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance hardware. If your system does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to our standard restocking terms.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team via email or our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Hardware

  Securely pack the PC in its original internal and external packaging, including all cables, manuals, and peripheral accessories to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the system's condition and serial numbers, we will process your refund or update your financing agreement within 5-7 business days.
